Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
MSP Alliance Inc. ("MSP Alliance," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cyber Verify and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you visit cyberverify.com or use our compliance products and services (the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. Account details (name, work email, company, role), readiness assessment responses, demo requests, support inquiries, and payment information processed by our payment provider.
- Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage.
- Information from third parties. Analytics providers, advertising partners, and integrations you connect to the Services (such as your IT or compliance stack).
2. How We Use Information
- Deliver, operate, and improve the Services.
- Generate compliance assessments, gap reports, and CORTEX maturity scores.
- Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
- Send marketing communications you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that operate parts of our infrastructure (hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, CRM) under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Auditors and certification partners in our network (CPAs, ISO Auditors, C3PAOs) when you request a certification or audit engagement.
- Legal and safety when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and to measure marketing effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.
5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the UCS Practice Domains we evangelize — access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and incident response. No system is fully secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to deliver the Services, and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion as described in Section 7.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@mspalliance.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
